Boise Truck Services

Hello, I am the owner of MCSA Compliance Consultants here in Boise. I have been asking my trucking companies to refer some good repair shops that I can pass along to other companies that are in the area and need a fix to get back on the road. Boise Truck Services came across my desk and I would just like to thank you for the great job and customer service you provide. I will be recommending!!

Fred was honest and up-front about options for my '14 Ford F-250 6.7 L Power Stroke, which suffered a major problem on a trip. After deciding how to proceed, he ordered the parts and got right on it. The evening after picking it up, the check engine light came on. I took it down to the shop first thing next morning, and he got the man who did the work right on it. Turns out it was just a glitch. I had to leave that day and pull my trailer home, about 600 miles. Fred called me a couple days later to see if I had any more problems. I hadn't, but was very impressed that he checked up on me.

Mine was nightmare situation. And, it got worse. I am sure Fred and Dusty never want me or my truck to ever darken their door again but I live 3 states away and wish I could take it to Boise for regular service. It's still running. I don't know if I would even have a truck right now if I had accepted the local dealer's quotes. I need to send these guys gift cards for them and crew.

These guys are awesome. They fit me into their already busy schedule and had me back up and running as quickly as they could. Very much appreciated. Highly recommended!
